1. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Activities

All proprietary calculation algorithms, JavaScript engines, custom UI designs, graphics, and text content are the exclusive intellectual property of ProCalc. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Scraping, crawling, or extracting calculation formulas or code via automated bots.
• Framing or embedding our calculators within other commercial platforms without express written consent.
• Reverse-engineering the mathematical logic for redistribution.

2. User-Submitted Parameters & Local Calculations

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all values, dimensions, metrics, or financial figures you input into our forms. Our systems are stateless and do not verify or correct user inputs.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProCalc, its developers, owners, or hosting affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our calculations. This includes, but is not limited to, financial loss, investment mistakes, incorrect health assumptions, or property damage resulting from material weight calculations.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProCalc from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or misuse of our tools.
